On the three-dimensional water wave problem: explicit solutions and stability results

We present some new results concerning water flows with vorticity. Assuming a constant vorticity vector we characterize the solutions to the three-dimensional water wave problem with and without geophysical effects. Solutions that exhibit non-constant vorticity will also be discussed.
