The annual Northern German Colloquium (NoKo) offers researchers in Northern Germany the opportunity to meet and to present their current research results in the area of Applied Analysis and Numerical Mathematics. NoKo particularly aims at enhancing collaboration and networking between the universities in the region.
Dieses traditionsreiche Kolloquium bietet allen Forschungsgruppen des norddeutschen Hochschulraumes die Möglichkeit, ihre aktuellen Forschungsinteressen und Ergebnisse innerhalb der Angewandten Analysis und Numerischen Mathematik vorzustellen. Insbesondere bietet es Gelegenheit zum Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Hochschulen.

The deadline for abstract submission is March 20, 2020.
Please submit your abstract, including title and speaker, as a one-page PDF file
to noko2020@conference.uni-hannover.de.

Confererence Fee
No fees are charged. Each participant attending the dinner on Friday pays on her/his own.
Accomodation
The availability of hotel rooms becomes extremely restricted due to the attractivity of Hannover
for buisiness travellers
(Hannover Messe). We strongly recommend to make your reservations early.
We negociated reduced rates for NoKo attendees at the "Cityhotel am Thielenplatz".
The keyword for this rate is submitted via email to the participants.

How to get there (map): Coming from the Central Station, take the subway number 3, 7, or 9 (in the direction of Wettbergen, Empelde) to the second stop (‘Markthalle/ Landtag’). Leave the subway station at the exit towards ‘Marktkirche’. Walk past the church and then turn left into ‘Kramerstraße’. At the end of the street, you will find the ‘Holzmarkt’, the fountain and the historical facade of Leibnizhaus.

The conference starts on Friday at 1pm and closes on Saturday at 1pm.
